The inside of the casa Pacharán

From the entry, you will enter an impressive foyer with a grand staircase that lends views of the second floor. On the right is a beautiful living room with a wood fireplace and large windows. A door at the far left corner takes you to a walk-in closet. On the left is the dining room overlooking the American style kitchen and its adjoining sitting room. Three big windows (French doors) let you enjoy the view. Opposite the kitchen is a very beautiful lavatory in the Gaudi style, made by a Belgian artist settled in Spain.

The southern and northern faces have a nice porch and a covered balcony upstairs.

As you climb the stairs, and at the landing on the left is a beautiful room that can serve as an office or bedrooms where you can enjoy the view with the three big windows (French doors).

On the right has the master room with two big windows and access to a lovely tower which can be a TV room, office or bedroom. It has windows on the 4 cardinal points. In the master bedroom, there are two en suite sliding doors, one leading to a dressing room and the other on a bathroom with a bath-tub Jacuzzi and a low wall with glass block separating the toilet. On the landing, another door opens into a second bedroom with en suite shower room. In front of this bedroom is a laundry room with a door to the covered balcony.

As you walk down the hall to open a door leading to the basement, the first flight of stairs leads to a large room with a smaller room off to the side which keeps 3 water tanks. A few steps lower is the gas boiler. Descend a few more steps and you will reach an exquisite arched cellar covered with local stones. Off to the side is a second arched cellar in the same style, but smaller and more suitable for wine storage.

Below the house is a large garage – in the same style of the castle – with a toilet, a room for batteries and a room for the generator.
